Our Philosophy
We believe every child should first try to cope with Mathematics on their own. Learning to struggle and problem-solve independently is part of growing up.
If they need support, our small group classes are usually enough. Our tutors provide individual attention, instant feedback, and progressive improvement.
Some children need more targeted help: significant gaps to close, different learning styles, or schedules that don't fit group classes. That's when 1-to-1 makes sense.
"Our private math tuition isn't ad-hoc tutoring. It's structured, documented, and built on the same proven system that makes our group classes effective."
Meet Our Founder
Founder & Curriculum Architect
Mrs Toh is a former MOE school teacher with a Master's degree in Education from NIE. She has personally authored all 100+ proprietary learning materials used across our Primary, Secondary, and JC Mathematics programmes.
Her deep understanding of the Singapore syllabus and what examiners look for shapes every aspect of our curriculum — so your child learns exactly what they need to excel.
She also personally vets every tutor who joins our team, ensuring they meet the same standards she holds herself to.
Our Standards
We don't just assign your child any tutor. Every tutor we hire is carefully selected, rigorously vetted, and trained to deliver results using the same system Mrs Toh built.
We prioritise tutors who have taught in real classroom settings, not just 1-to-1
Your child learns from someone who has refined their craft over years of practice
Every tutor is tested on content knowledge and teaching ability before joining
Tutors are regularly observed and evaluated to ensure they maintain our standards
Your child's tutor teaches using our proven curriculum and materials — the same resources Mrs Toh has developed over decades. But the lessons are customised to your child's specific needs: their gaps, their strengths, their learning style, and their pace.
Your child gets structure and rigour, delivered in a way that works for them.

Select your preferred tier, share your child's available time slots, and we'll match them with a suitable tutor. The first session is a paid trial. We want you and your child to be comfortable before committing.
After the trial, take your time to discuss with your child. There's no pressure. If the tutor isn't the right match, we're happy to recommend alternatives — or suggest group classes if that suits better.
If you're happy with the match, we'll proceed with registration. The minimum commitment is one month, billed in advance. From there, we'll work out a regular schedule that fits your family's routine.

"The mathematics classes for upper primary were well organised, well taught and with lots of practice. Dr Eileen Toh is a 5 star teacher who knows her kids well, able to customise approach and fun to learn with."

"Our son Lucas attended the bootcamp in Dec 2024 and subsequently we were given detailed feedback on his strengths and areas to improve. We were very impressed and without hesitation enrolled him for maths tuition. Lucas was scoring AL 5–6 with very erratic problem solving skills and we were simply elated when he achieved AL3 for PSLE recently. Kudos to Genius Plus Academy — keep up the good work."

"Join GPA during P6 Term1 when my child scoring AL6 for Math. Desperately looking for tuition for my son. Miss Eileen responded promptly regarding to slots availability and also requested for my son's TA1 paper to assess his problem first. The class has helped my child's grades improved from AL6 to AL5 in TA2 and AL4 in preliminary exam. The explanation is clear, speaks at a slower and steady pace for weak students to follow, remind students common mistakes people make and avoid doing funny stuff. The lessons conducted are cast on huge TV screen placed at few angles so that each students able to see teacher's writing, digital tools use to draw models with different colours to showcase a neat and easy to understand working. Constant updates and reprint on workbook, June intense class training with categorised of types of problems to help students to tackle problem in systematic ways. During June intensive class and 10yrs series PSLE online classes, teachers would take turns to teach. I would say there is a lot of materials provided and online recorded past live classes offered by GPA for students. To improve it also takes both ways, the parents need to encourage children to make time to complete the 10yrs worth of PSLE papers, students need to put in effort to correct their mistakes and bad math habits that has already sunk in. Students are always reminded to listen to explanations and not to busy copying as answers will be provided later in pdf. All classes are video recorded for students to replay. My expectation for math is AL5 for my child, jumping from AL6 (45–65) to AL5 (65–74) requires a lot of effort (20 marks) for weaker students. I wish I should have send my child earlier than scramble the last minute."

"孩子P5开始在这里补习数学、科学、英语,这两年的感受是老师很温馨、负责人、并且非常具有灵活性(比如:不会的题发给老师,老师可以因材施教👍),更关键是孩子的成绩取得了很大的进步,接下来弟弟刚加入,希望也能像哥哥一样取得好成绩。"
Translation "My child started here for Math, Science, and English tuition from P5. Over the past two years, I've found the teachers warm, responsible, and very flexible — for example, you can send questions you don't understand directly to the teacher, and they will tailor their approach accordingly. Most importantly, my child's results have improved significantly. My younger child has just joined, and I hope he can do as well as his older brother."
